As they passed up the east coast of Florida on their slow way back to southern Maryland, they spent a few days at the marina at Cocoa and took the opportunity for a visit with Marty and Nancy Reagan. The challenge is called America's Great Loop (google it). Tom and Theresa Vandenberg are on the final leg of their year-long boating journey around the eastern half of the US.
